- स्कॅफफोल्डर: (i) 10वी उत्तीर्ण (ii) ITI (शीट मेटल वर्कर / फिटर पाईप (प्लंबर) / फिटर) (iii) 01-02 वर्षे अनुभव
- एरियल वर्क प्लॅटफॉर्म ऑपरेटर: (i) 10वी उत्तीर्ण (ii) फोर्कलिफ्ट किंवा क्रेन ऑपरेटर परवाना (iii) 03 वर्षे अनुभव

Eligibility Criteria for Cochin Shipyard Bharti 2020
Educational Qualification
- Fabrication Assistants: (i) Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) (ii) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade. (iii) 03 years experience
- Outfit Assistants: (i) Pass in SSLC, ITI (NTC) (ii) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade. (iii) 03 years experience
- Scaffolder: Pass in SSLC and ITI (NTC) in the trade of Sheet Metal Worker/ Fitter Pipe (Plumber)/ Fitter with one or two years experience/ training in handling scaffolding work in a Shipyard/ Engineering Company/ Public Sector Undertakings. Or Pass in SSLC with a minimum of three years experience/ training in handling scaffolding work in a Shipyard/ Engineering Company/ Public Sector Undertakings.
- Aerial Work Platform Operator: (i) Pass in SSLC (ii) a valid Forklift or Crane Operator driving license. (iii) 03 years experience
- Semi-Skilled Rigger: (i) Pass in IV Std. (ii) 03 years experience
- Serang: (i) VII standard pass (ii) valid Serang / Lascar cum Serang Certificate issued by the Competent Authority under the relevant statutes. (iii) Minimum one year experience as Serang of a Motor Boat.
- Cook: Pass in VII Std. (ii) Minimum of five years experience as cook in Government or PSU Guest house/Factory Canteen/3 Star Hotel/Mess of Armed Forces/State Police/Food Catering Service Agency. Knowledge of Malayalam desirable.
